Our Tuesday, July 7 Luncheon Speakers–Villages GM Theresa Ostrander and AGM Ryan Bell
On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, the Villages Men’s Fun Social Club luncheon speakers will be Villages General Manager Theresa Ostrander and Assistant General Manager Ryan Bell, for an update on Villages operations and capital projects.
Theresa joined The Villages in October 2022 as General Manager. She brings extensive experience in financial analysis, operational management, association management, and construction management.
Ryan joined The Villages in January 2023 and currently serves as Assistant General Manager. He oversees the Public Works and Public Safety teams, manages construction projects, and supports capital and reserve fund repairs, maintenance, and improvements totaling more than $34 million across The Villages entities.
Luncheon Schedule
Social “hour” begins at 11:00 a.m. Lunch is served at 11:30 and the meeting starts at 11:45. Our featured speaker starts at 12:15 and we adjourn at 1:00 p.m.
Men’s Club members should make lunch reservations at least a week in advance. The general public is welcome to hear our speaker and should arrive at the Clubhouse Fairway Room by 12:15.
